Hilton has announced the opening of Conrad Rabat Arzana, making it the first property under its Conrad Hotels and Resorts brand in Morocco.

The 120-key hotel is located north of Harhouara, and is a 35-minute drive from Rabat Salé airport.

Hilton says that contemporary design of Conrad Rabat Arzana taps into the rich cultural identity of Rabat. The lobby of the waterfront hotel features curated artworks, plush fabrics, and ornate marble with views of the pool and the ocean.

Each guest room and suite is designed in palettes of cream, pine, blue and soft earth tones. The floor plans range from deluxe guest rooms to the 632 sqm Royal Suite. The hotel also offer Conrad Concierge services.

Culinary offerings at the property include 99 Sushi Bar and Restaurant. The restaurant showcases contemporary Japanese cuisine paired with cocktails, as well as local and international wines.

Feuillage is a tea lounge adjacent to the hotel’s lobby while La Brise Brasserie offers upmarket French and Moroccan cuisine. La Brise includes international and Moroccan breakfast specialties, and traditional aromatic Tajines for dinner too.

Wellness facilities at the property include the Conrad Spa that spans two floors and features six rooms, including a spa suite with a private bathroom, treatment space, and an outdoor terrace. The spa also features a Moroccan hammam, multi-sensorial thermal experiences, a quiet relaxation area, lounging sun deck with a relaxation pool on the terrace, and a beauty salon. The 24-hour fitness centre meanwhile also offers personalised coaching services.

As for its events spaces, Conrad Rabat Arzana has the Saphir ballroom which can accommodate up to 200 guests. The hotel also has two boardrooms and an outdoor terrace spanning 1,345 sqft to accommodate a reception of up to 150 guests. All event rooms feature flexible spaces.

The property joins Hilton’s five operating hotels in Morocco – Hilton Tanger City Center Hotel and Residences, Hilton Tanger Al Houara Resort and Spa, Hilton Garden Inn Tanger City Centre, Hilton Garden Inn Casablanca Sud and Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort and Spa – as well as six hotels under development across the country.

“The entry of our iconic Conrad Hotels and Resorts brand into Rabat marks a significant milestone in the growth of our portfolio in the Middle East and Africa,” said Jochem-Jan Sleiffer, president, Middle East, Africa and Türkiye at Hilton. “Conrad Rabat Arzana is our sixth property in Morocco, and we believe this addition will redefine luxury and hospitality offering in Rabat for business and leisure travellers alike.”
