Emaar Hospitality Group has announced plans to open the first five-star hotel in the Dubai Creek Harbour this December.

The Address Grand Creek Harbour is spread across two towers of 53 and 65 floors each, and houses 223 rooms and suites, as well as 794 serviced apartments.

The towers are connected by an observation bridge designed by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava.

The property is located a short drive away from the Dubai International airport and is directly connected to a waterfront promenade which has a range of entertainment, retail, restaurants, and other attractions.

Wellness and fitness offerings at the hotel include a spa, fitness centre and an infinity pool. It also features dedicated areas like Qix Club, Qix Teens, Kids Pool and Splash Pad for families with children.

A Club Lounge will allow guests to avail of a number of exclusive benefits too.

Dining options include The Restaurant, the Cigar Lounge and The Patisserie café. There’s also a Luma Pool Lounge located too within the hotel.

Other new hotels set to open over the next few months at Dubai Creek Harbour include Vida Creek Beach and Palace Creek Harbour.

Regionally, other major openings from Emaar include the Address Beach Resort Bahrain which will feature 117 hotels roms and 154 residences and is expected to open this year.

In Egypt, the Vida Marassi Marina will include 120 rooms and 110 serviced apartments and will likely open by March 2023.
