El Al has announced plans to launch a route between Tel Aviv and Dublin next March.

The three-times-weekly flights operated by B737 aircraft will begin on March 26, 2023, and mark the first nonstop service between Ireland and Israel.

Flights are set to take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, with a flight time of approximately six hours. There will be both economy and business class cabins on board.

In a press release, El Al stated:

“New business opportunities will be established for both countries as a result of the new flight route, particularly due to the growing relationship between the two high-tech sectors.

“Similarly, the Irish market will be provided with a new destination full of culture and heritage, whilst also creating new routes for religious pilgrimage to the Holy Land.”
