Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has debuted in Nashville, within the downtown SoBro (south of Broadway) neighbourhood.
The hotel comprises 235 rooms and suites spanning floors 7-14, and 144 private residences on the 15th to 40th floors. Facilities include a spa and seventh floor pool deck, a 24-hour fitness centre, modern event spaces, and a restaurant and bar concept.
Mimo Restaurant is led by Neapolitan chef Aniello Turco and features classic Italian dishes with locally sourced ingredients.
Mimo Bar, meanwhile, is located adjacent to the restaurant and offers Tennessee whiskies and craft brews.
The hotel has formed partnerships with the Music City’s creative communities, collaborating with Songwriter City to offer a Suites Sounds package allowing guests to meet and spend time with industry professionals.
Additionally, the restaurant and bar will feature live music from ‘soon-to-be-signed’ musicians and DJs in the future. A poolside dining and drinking venue, known as Riviera, will open next spring.
The fifth floor is also home to two divisible ballrooms and six additional meeting rooms.
