In August this year, Pullman opened its premier Doha West Bay property. It includes a total of 468 rooms, suites and apartments spanning 47 floors.
While the premium property has several amenities, its culinary offerings are a major highlight. Now, the property has introduced a range of activations across three of its main restaurants – Avenue, Score and Bice Ristorante. Here’s what to expect from each of them.
Avenue
This signature destination is themed around bringing people together through the restaurant’s concept – CuisInMotion. Diners have the opportunity to watch the culinary team prepare their meals as they take a gastronomic journey through four cosmopolitan avenues of the world – Champs Elysees in France, Tsukiji in Japan, Bosphorus in Turkey and Broadway in the US.
Every Sunday to Thursday, from 12.30pm-4pm, the venue has a two-course and three-course business lunch called Downtown Lunch priced at QAR 95 and QAR120. On Fridays, guests can visit again over lunch for the Brunch This Way offer which is priced at QAR300 for the soft drink package and QAR445 for the enhanced beverage package. The four-hour brunch is a gourmet journey across the globe where guests can sample specialties from countries such as Mexico, Türkiye, Italy, France, Peru, and regions within the Middle East. Don’t miss their famous interactive dessert, the Chocolate Balloon, which needs to be broken in order to be eaten.
The Score
Pullman describes Score as “a trendy gastro and sports bar that blends a casual setting with contemporary American cuisine.” There are multiple screens spread across the venue, making this a great spot to visit with friends. With the football World Cup set to take place in Doha, should you find yourself without a booking at the stadium, head straight to this sports bar. Their crew will make you feel as though you are among friends.
Score has a one of a kind happy-hour deal every day called Beat The Clock. From 5pm – 6pm daily, all house drinks are priced at QAR30. From 6pm-7pm, that figure rises to QAR35, and from 7pm-8pm, when the happy hour ends, house drinks are priced at QAR40.
On Sundays, men get one selected free drink under its new He Shoots…He Scores promotion, for every main course ordered. Women too receive one free beverage.
Bice Ristorante
For those who need their fix of authentic Italian food, visit the internationally renowned Bice Ristorante, also located in Milano, Naples, New York, Florida and Dubai . The restaurant overlooks the shining city and features an impressive cellar. At Bice, expect surprising presentations and a contemporary twist to several Italian classics.
Bice serves as a great place to meet after work. Its L’Aperitivo runs daily from 6pm-8pm and makes you enjoy two distinctive Italian mixed drinks and one plate of gourmet bites for QAR125 per head.
Every Tuesday, the space also holds its version of a ladies’ night which it calls Serata Donna. From 7pm-11pm on Tuesdays, women can avail of two complimentary selected drinks when they order either two starters or one main course.
