UAE-based hotel management company Rotana has announced the soft opening of its first five-star hotel in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, under its Rayhaan by Rotana brand.

Dana Rayhaan by Rotana has 285 rooms and suites and is a sea-facing property.

On the 16th floor of the hotel, guests who seek personalised services and additional benefits can access Club Rotana, Rotana’s “hotel-within-a-hotel” concept.

The concept offers guests a chance to avail of dedicated rooms, suites and an exclusive lounge access.

Its premium dining options include various culinary experiences, such as Rodeo Grill steakhouse which has an outdoor terrace, Elements which is an all-day dining restaurant that serves international cuisine, Dana Lobby Lounge as well as Sundeck Pool Lounge on the terrace overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. Also, guests can avail 24-hour in-room dining service.

Christian Rainalter, general manager of Dana Rayhaan by Rotana, said, “We are very excited about the soft opening of Dana Rayhaan by Rotana, which comes at a time when the hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia is experiencing rapid development. In related developments, Rotana recently confirmed that it would enter the Algerian market with a new property in Oran. The Azure Rotana Resort & Spa, located in the Algerian port city on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, is set to open in March 2023.
