Low-cost carrier Air Arabia Abu Dhabi has announced the launch of a new route from Abu Dhabi to Beirut in Lebanon.

The new direct flights will operate thrice a week – on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays – starting October 30, 2022.

It will connect Abu Dhabi International airport to Beirut Rafic Hariri International airport. Bookings have opened for the flight on the carrier’s website.

Flight 3L 450 will depart form Abu Dhabi at 9am and land in Beirut at 11.45am. The return flight, 3L 451, will depart from Beirut at 12.25pm and land in Abu Dhabi at 6.10pm.

It marks the 25th destination that Air Arabia Abu Dhabi flies to. Its current roster includes destinations in Egypt, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, Nepal, Sudan, Pakistan, Oman, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Georgia.

It has grown its fleet of operational aircraft from two Airbus A320 aircrafts at the time of its launch in 2020 to eight new aircraft as of today.

The Airbus A320-200 aircraft is configured with 174 seats and is equipped with “SkyTime”, a free in-flight streaming service that will allows passengers to stream entertainment directly to their devices.

The carrier noted that eligible travellers can avail of the Abu Dhabi City Check-in service where they can drop off their bags and collect their boarding passes at the Air Arabia Abu Dhabi Sales Shop on Hamdan Street prior to their flights.
