Marriott International is set to debut its first property in Papua New Guinea next year.
Slated to open in mid-2023, Marriott Executive Apartments Port Moresby will be located within the mixed-use development of Harbourside South.
The property will feature 88 one- and two-bedroom apartments with separate living, sleeping and working areas. Amenities will include laundry services, well-equipped kitchens and spacious dining areas.
There will also be a lounge for residents and guests, offering light meals, self-service options and evening cocktails. Plus, there are plans for a floor dedicated to leisure, to include a lap pool, leisure pool, well-equipped fitness centre, three spa treatment rooms and a recreational zone for children.

The Harbourside South development will also feature a retail floor and three floors of commercial space.
