Hilton has opened the first property under its lifestyle Curio brand in Nashville, located in the city’s Midtown district.
Hotel Fraye features 200 rooms, signature ground floor restaurant Gathre, the rooftop Eddie Ate Dynamite bar and lounge, fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool.
The property also offers a 275-capacity ballroom and outdoor terrace for events, as well as claiming to be the first hotel to feature the high-tech X-Chair, which enables delegates to “to fine-tune their comfort level with massage features and the option for a heated or cooled seat”.

Hilton’s Curio brand launched in 2014, and last year passed the milestone of 100 properties worldwide.
Last month Curio added US properties in Atlanta and Pittsburgh, and earlier this year The Woodlands Resort in northern Houston was reflagged under the brand.
Hilton is also set to open a dual-branded Canopy and Homewood Suites property in Nashville in 2024, situated in the city’s Gulch neighbourhood.
Commenting on the news Richard Rose, general manager of Hotel Fraye Nashville Midtown, Curio Collection by Hilton, said:
“Hotel Fraye is a celebration of all the elements that have propelled Nashville to a global stage. From its world-class dining to its artist community to its cool attitude, the best of the city is experienced here. Come as you are, and we’ll take care of the rest.”
