Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has opened a 278-key beachfront property in Qatar’s capital, Doha.
The Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach is located 500m from the City Centre Doha Mall and 600m from the DECC metro station.
The managed hotel was opened in collaboration with Hala Real Estate Development Company, and offers premium rooms as well as leisure facilities for guests including a on-site restaurants, a spa bath, steam room, sauna and outdoor pool as well as a fitness centre.
Business travellers can avail of the property’s six corporate meeting rooms, which have a combined capacity to host nearly 350 people.
Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach is the latest addition to Wyndham’s portfolio of three operational hotels in Qatar, and two further properties which are currently under development. In 2021, Wyndham achieved nearly 70 new hotel signings across Europe, Middle East, Eurasia and Africa (EMEA). Its Days hotels launched in the UAE for the first time as well. In Oman, it launched the Wyndham Garden Salalah Mirba waterfront resort too.
Wyndham Grand properties are found globally in locations such as Manama, Istanbul, Athens, Chicago, Shanghai, among others.
Wyndham’s regional offerings includes a development pipeline of 27 hotels. It currently features approximately 9,000 hotels across nearly 95 countries,
