Taj has launched an exclusive and introductory edition of ‘Simmering It Up’ at Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, the first of a series of events that the brand will be hosting.

The event saw a lively interactive cook-out at the rooftop Middle Eastern restaurant – Souk between Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Indian Hotels Company Limited, Anant Goenka, Executive Director, The Indian Express and Shereen Bhan, Managing Editor, CNBC TV18, moderated by Ambreen Khan.

The evening was followed by celebratory sundowners and dinner, which included an elaborate selection of savouries and sweets to choose from, such as Moroccan Ratatouille, Harira Lamb Chops, Rose Petal Ice Cream and many more, curated by Executive Chef Amit Choudhary.
