Rosewood Hotels and Resorts has announced plans for its first standalone branded residences in California.

Set to open in 2024, Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills will be located on Santa Monica Boulevard. The property will be designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen and feature 17 luxury residences ranging from 279 sqm to over 650 sqm.

Each home will include private elevator access, large entry foyers, indoor and outdoor living areas, kitchens with double islands, and laundry rooms accessed by a service elevator. Nearly half of the residences will include private swimming pools, and select accommodations will include fully equipped outdoor kitchens, wet bars and firepits.

Communal facilities will include a rooftop area with a pool, whirlpool spa, fitness centre, rooftop lounge and dining spaces.

The property is being developed by Nahla Capital and GPI Companies and sales are set to commence in 2023.
