Dubai-headquartered real estate development firm Select Group has partnered with Jumeirah Group to open a Jumeirah Living Business Bay branded residences property in Dubai.
Jumeirah Living Business Bay is expected to be ready by Q4 2025 and will be located within Select Group’s master community development called Peninsula.
Peninsula is being touted as the first community-focused waterfront development in Business Bay and includes six residential towers, waterfront podiums and commercial units. Peninsula will also include a plaza which will showcase restaurants and retail outlets too.
Killa Design (the firm behind the recently-opened Museum of the Future) are the architects commissioned to work on the upcoming 35-storey Jumeirah Living Business tower which will feature 82 premium branded residences, including two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units, as well as a full-floor five-bedroom penthouse located on the top floor.
The property will offer a selection of two swimming pools with waterfront views, a spa bath and steam room, and gymnasium.
Residents can also avail of facilities including concierge services, a resident’s lounge, a guest relations team, an onsite residential manager, security, housekeeping and valet services, as well as a teenager lounge with gaming facilities and a co-studying area too.
