The Ascott Limited (Ascott) has launched its newest property, Citadines Abha, in partnership with Almutlaq Real Estate Investment Company.
The 140-unit aparthotel is Ascott’s eighth property in Saudi and its sixth regional opening this year alone.
Ascott now has an operational footprint of 1,062 keys in the kingdom, and 2,391 across the region.
Citadines Abha is located 7,450 feet above sea level in the district of Abha overlooking the Asir Mountains. Abha’s shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment hubs are located close to the new property which is situated 6km from the Abha Regional Airport.
Each apartment has a living space, dining area, kitchenette and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The property features studio as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. It also has a swimming pool, gymnasium, resident’s lounge, restaurant, meeting rooms and a business centre.
