The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts has opened its first property in Hong Kong and fourth worldwide.
The waterfront Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong is situated in the south of Hong Kong island, next to Water World Ocean Park and around a 15-minute drive from the city’s central business district.
Currently in its soft opening phase, the resort hotel features include 425 rooms, and will eventually offer five dining concepts, including signature Chinese restaurant Jade, as well as Lighthouse Cafe and Satay Inn. Oceanfront Italian restaurant Giardino will open later this year and will feature alfresco dining.
Other facilities include an infinity pool, spa, fitness centre, kids zone and lagoon, and a pillar-free ballroom accommodating up to 500 guests.
The Fullerton also said that the hotel was the first in Hong Kong and mainland China to attain the Well Building Standard v2, adding that environmental initiatives at the resort included an onsite farm and the sourcing of sustainable seafood.
The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong joins The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, and The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, the last of which opened in 2019.
