Hyatt Centric has opened a new 173-key property in Dubai. Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is a seven-storey hotel located in La Mer.
The soft opening of the property took place in December last year. It is located close to attractions such as Laguna Waterpark, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.
The lifestyle boutique property includes 27 deluxe rooms and suites and is a 20-minute drive from the airport.
“Surrounded by the ocean, we are proud to introduce the tenth Hyatt branded hotel in Dubai and to bring the first Hyatt Centric hotel into the UAE,” said Britta Leick-Milde, hotel manager of Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. “With stunning views of the entire Dubai skyline, Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai offers adventure-seeking travelers a window to the destination through a playful interpretation of local culture, art, and points of interest.”
Cementing the bleisure trend, apart from being accessible to the city’s financial nerve centre of DIFC, the hotel’s amenities and services include a temperature-controlled outdoor pool, a spa, and a 24-hour fitness center, besides a full-service concierge.
Dining facilities at the hotel include Eunoia by Carine, a French Mediterranean inspired restaurant by Dubai’s popular Chef Izu Ani. A second culinary opening is planned for Q4 with a Japanese Mediterranean concept called Kai Enzo. Hyatt said that is the first time a chef has taken over the entire food and beverage operations at a hotel including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-room dining.
