Hilton has announced plans to open the largest European hotel under its select-service Hampton by Hilton brand.

Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West is scheduled to open 2024 and will feature 358 rooms, as well as a fitness centre and “multi-functional open concept lobby”.

As the name suggests the hotel will be located in western Vienna on Diefenbachgasse, and will join four existing Hilton properties in the Austrian capital – Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront, Hilton Vienna Park, Hilton Vienna Plaza and Hampton by Hilton Vienna Messe.

Hilton currently operates 2,780 Hampton properties in 33 countries and territories, having reached the milestone of 2,500 hotels in 2019.

Recent European openings for the brand include Hampton by Hilton Bath City, and Hampton by Hilton Riga Airport.
