Foo is here to redefine the summer season experience by launching a brand new ‘Fresh at Foo’ menu. It boasts fresh ingredients paired with classic techniques and elements that Foo is known for. Relish this summer edit limited edition offerings until the end of May.

Ranging from Salads to Dim sum & Sushi, the Fresh at Foo menu encapsulates the Tapas concept perfectly well. The Foo Summer Salad has a variety of lettuce topped with tofu tempura, avocado, cherry tomatoes, corn & fresh tropical fruits like mango, pomelo, oranges in soy vinaigrette dressing. This salad is the epitome of freshness and flavour! The Natsu Maki is a summer favourite roll with avocado, mango, raw mango, beetroot topped with chia seeds and mango salsa.

The Miki Miso Dumplings are available in both vegetarian and seafood options and are served with green chilli miso which adds the perfect umami taste profile to the dumplings. The Suppai Crispy Veggies and Suppai Crispy Chicken make use of water chestnut, melon, pineapple and lychee and Japanese cucumber all coming together in a homemade spicy and sour sauce. The Crispy Panko Rolls are panko fried pancakes with mango and crunchy vegetables, with creamy mayo, making it one of the most comforting eats on the menu.

Describing the menu, Chef Eric Sifu says, “While mangoes are undisputedly the King of the Fruits and the most prominent ingredient of the season as well as some dishes on our menu, we have tried to go above and beyond that. We’ve introduced tropical & citrusy flavours like Kaffir in addition to lychees, oranges & melons, keeping it very seasonal yet not deviating from the Asian flavours that we’re known for. We have restricted the menu to a tapas concept to keep it light yet flavourful, to complement the hot and humid weather of Mumbai”.

For the very first time, Foo is incorporating a range of Hong Kong Style Boba Teas. Available in 3 flavours, The Classic Milk Tea, Matcha and Taro, the chewy tapioca pearls will bring to you flavours from the streets of Hong Kong! Adding to the latest trend in Virgin G&T’s, The Moshi Moshi, Ikigai and Nikkō make use of the Bab Louie & Co. bitters, tonic water and different flavours like orange, lemongrass, kiwi, grapefruit and more!

This menu is available anytime from May 1 to May 31.
