Downtown’s trendiest culinary destination, Bleu Blanc, lights up the scene with an all new Saturday Brunch, launching Saturday May 7th, 2022 and promising to bring something special to Dubai’s collection of brunches.
The brunch will blend authentic Mediterranean interiors with a relaxed approach to dining, presenting a collection of the finest foods amidst a casual daytime set-up. Tableside service will flow effortlessly and will be accompanied by a large collection of premium free-flowing beverages, live entertainment from the talented Gari Deegan and Khalil B, and all against the backdrop of the sparkling Dubai Water Canal.
An authentic menu savours the spirit of the Mediterranean, curated by the talented duo of Executive Chef Stefano Micocci and the restaurant’s Head Chef Paolo Lostia. Guests will be taken on a gourmet journey that will include a live crudo bar display, with a selection of fresh seafood classics, as well as inspirational takes on classic favourites, such as tuna tartar with citrus salad, buffalo mozzarella and capers, oysters with shallot mignonette, and crevete prawn cocktail.
The menu will be served tableside, starting with the famous Bleu Blanc sourdough bread and award-winning Chateau Virant olive oil. Asparagus salad with fennel, blood orange and almond ricotta will follow. The middle course will be a saffron fregola, a balance between a grain and pasta dish, sometimes named “the Sardinian couscous”.
Cooked on an open wood-fire grill, mains follow with smoked seabass, BBQ lamb ribs, bone-in ribeye and lemon and harissa marinated chicken. Ending, of course, with something sweet – the dessert trolley offers guests mandarin & rum baba and chocolate profiteroles, to name a few.
The beverage selection will be a premium offering including a selection of signature cocktails, rosé, red and white wine. In-line with the heritage and legacy of The St. Regis brand and its rituals, Bleu Blanc will play host to Champagne Sabering – an experience that ensures a touch of drama – when ordering the Champagne Package.
The Bleu Blanc Brunch will run every Saturday from 1.30pm to 4.30pm, starting from AED 350 for unlimited cuisine and soft beverages, AED 450 for premium alcoholic beverages and AED 700 for the champagne package.
