Thai Airways has not provided first class since its small fleet of A380s was retired.

So today I have some good news for you.
Thai Airways has confirmed it will take delivery of three new B777-300ERs. Two of these aircraft have already joined the fleet with the third due to arrive later this month.
Thai says these aircraft will be deployed on its Bangkok-London route from the end of April.
All three are being leased with the fee based on a Power-by-the-Hour approach in the contract.
All three B777-300ERs will accommodate first, business and economy class passengers. There is no premium economy class.
There will be eight Royal First Class seats (configured 1-2-1), 40 Royal Silk Class (also configured 1-2-1) and 255 economy class seats (configured 3-3-3).

What I find interesting, for those who travel in the back of the aircraft, is that Thai has retained a 3-3-3 layout for economy class.
I believe Thai is the only airline (at the present time) which has taken delivery of brand new B777-300ERS with that spacious layout. Other airlines have opted for a denser 3-4-3 configuration (when taking delivery of new B777-300ERs).
