Fattal Hotel Group is gearing up to open the second Manchester property under its Leonardo Hotels brand later this month.
As reported in 2018, the group has been developing a 275-room hotel close to the city’s Piccadilly Station, and the jurysinn.com website (which markets Leonardo properties as part of the Fattal group) confirms that the Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly is open for arrivals from April 28.
The property features Leo’s bar and restaurant, as well as a meeting room and fitness centre.
The 14-storey tower – which forms part of the regenerated Piccadilly East neighbourhood – has earned the nickname the ‘Jenga’ building due to its distinctive architecture.
Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly will join The Midland Manchester, a Leonardo Royal Hotel, which was rebranded in 2020 following refurbishment.
Fattal Group has been steadily growing its Leonardo and NYX brands in the UK, with Leonardo Hotel Bristol Glassfields, and NYX Hotel London Holborn (a rebranding of the Grange Holborn Hotel) both opening in May 2021.
