Marriott has opened its first dual-branded property in France, with the unveiling of a Courtyard and Residence Inn development close to Paris CDG.
Managed by Cycas Hospitality, the property is located a seven-minute shuttle bus ride from the airport’s Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and features a total of 335 rooms – 229 at the Courtyard hotel, and 106 suites with kitchenettes at the Residence Inn.

Shared facilities include an all-day dining Kitchen and Bar, a fitness centre, seven meeting and events spaces across 212 sqm, underground parking for 50 cars, and four electric charging points.
The property is the second dual-branded hotel development managed by Cycas Hospitality in the vicinity of Paris CDG, the other being the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, which opened in 2020.
Commenting on the news Luc Vicherd, VP operations France at Cycas Hospitality, said:
“We are delighted to have opened our first hotels in France with Marriott International and proud to now manage two double-decker hotels on the doorstep of one of Europe’s busiest airports, including Marriott’s very first dual-brand in France.
“Our experience in the area has shown us that travellers and corporate bookers increasingly welcome more flexible accommodation options. Now, with travel returning to pre-pandemic levels, we are confident this is an ideal time to highlight the benefits of having two different accommodation styles under the same roof and to introduce even more people to the added flexibility serviced apartments offer.”
