Four Seasons has opened reservations for its forthcoming Minneapolis property from June this year.
The 222-room new-build hotel is located at the corner of Hennepin and Washington Avenues, with views of the Mississippi River and city skyline. As well as the hotel rooms there are 34 Four Seasons Private Residences situated on the upper floors of the building.
Features include “the largest pool deck in Minneapolis”, as well as a second indoor pool, a destination Mediterranean restaurant by local chef Gavin Kaysen, a street level café, a casual bar and grill offering an “Italian Riviera meets the Mississippi River” menu, a spa, fitness centre and 1,500 sqm of events space.
To celebrate the imminent opening the hotel is offering an Experience More package, including a $100 credit per night per room or $200 per night per suite, with a two night minimum stay.
Four Seasons recently announced its expansion plans for 2022 and beyond, with properties also set to open in the US cities of Fort Lauderdale and Nashville this year.
The group currently has a portfolio of 122 hotels and resorts, and 48 residential properties in 47 countries around the world, with more than 50 projects under planning or development.
Commenting on the news Antoine Chahwan, president, hotel operations – Americas East, said:
“Like the building itself, Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis will be warm, inviting and filled with light, engaging in local culture, encouraging connections and setting a new standard for luxury hospitality in the city.”
