Hilton has opened the latest UK property under its midscale Hampton by Hilton brand, with the unveiling of a 202-room hotel in Bath.
The seven-floor, new-build property is located on Avon Street, within walking distance of Bath Spa rail station, the Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa.
Features include a bar, restaurant and fitness centre, and all guests benefit from 55-inch in-room TVs, free wifi and free hot breakfast.
The property’s design has been inspired by the local area, with the building’s facade constructed with locally-sourced, sustainable Bath stone.
The Hampton brand reached the milestone of 2,500 properties in 2019, and currently counts over 2,700 hotels in 32 countries and territories
Commenting on the news Jay Ahluwalia, Principal at developer Dominvs Group, said:
“We’re pleased to expand our partnership with Hilton with the opening of this hotel. It serves as a brilliant addition to the city centre, and we could not have done it without the hard work of our partners.
The hotel is an ideal destination for visitors to sample everything that Bath has to offer, and we are delighted to make another great addition to our fast-growing portfolio.”
