Hyatt has opened a property under its extended-stay Hyatt House brand in Johannesburg’s upscale Rosebank suburb.
Hyatt House Johannesburg Rosebank includes 49 studio rooms, and 31 apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens and living rooms. There is complimentary wifi throughout the property, and guests can enjoy a complimentary daily breakfast at The Collective restaurant.
Additional F&B venues include the poolside H Bar, which offers a menu of soups and sandwiches alongside beers and wines, and the 24-hour H Market shop.
The hotel also offers guests the option to borrow often-forgotten items such as phone chargers and razors, while guests staying for 30 nights or more get perks including complimentary grocery shopping.
Leisure facilities include a pool on the eighth floor with skyline views of Johannesburg, and a 24-hour gym.
Asif Raza, cluster general manager of Hyatt South Africa, commented:
“Hyatt House Johannesburg Rosebank is everything the name represents – a welcoming and warm environment that encourages guests to live like residents. We want each and every guest who comes through our doors to feel that they can let their real-life routines roll on, even when they’re on the road.
“Whether guests are visiting for a short trip or an extended stay, we know Hyatt House Johannesburg Rosebank is the perfect place to offer a personalized hotel experience that will make people feel right at home.”
This marks the second Hyatt House hotel in Africa, following the opening of Hyatt House Johannesburg Sandton last November.
