British Airways will launch four new European routes from London City airport this summer.

Flights to Barcelona, Luxembourg, Milan Malpensa (replacing the previous route to Milan Linate) and Thessaloniki will operate on BA Cityflyer’s Embraer 190 aircraft.

Daily flights to Luxembourg and Milan will begin on March 27, with return fares in economy starting from £82 and £104 respectively.

From June 18 BA will fly to Thessaloniki every Saturday, with fares from £126, while a six-times-weekly service to Barcelona will begin on June 19, with fares from £82.

Following last summer’s launch, the airline will resume flights to Jersey and Guernsey on Mondays and Fridays from June 20 until September 2.
