Radisson Hotel Group is set to open a Radisson Individuals property within a sports stadium in the north west of England.
Bolton Whites Hotel is set to join the brand in the second quarter of 2022 and is located within the University of Bolton stadium, home to Bolton Wanderers Football Club.
The hotel has 125 rooms, 19 of which offer pitch-side views, and a bar and restaurant serving traditional British cuisine. The property will undergo a renovation of its rooms and public spaces next year, which promises “high-quality and stylish upscale design”.
The stadium also features a large conference and events space that can accommodate approximately 4,000 guests, and 43 executive meeting rooms overlooking the pitch.
The city of Manchester is located less than a 30-minute drive from the hotel, while tourist attractions such as the Octagon Theatre and bolton Museum are within 15-minutes’ drive of the property. The hotel is a few minutes’ walk from Horwich Parkway train station, which has direct connections to Manchester city center and Manchester Airport. It is also a 25-minute drive from Manchester Airport.

Radisson Individuals launched last year as a conversion brand aimed at encouraging independent hotels and local, regional chains to join the group’s platform. The first hotel to join the brand was Henrietta House in Bath, and the brand has since signed properties in locations including Estonia, India, Italy, Florida, Serbia, Scotland and Saudi Arabia.
