A new Beluga caviar Bar has opened in the departures area at Terminal C, Sheremetyevo SVO Moscow.
The Beluga company behind the bar already has a bar at the GUM department store in Moscow, and offers a menu including all the varieties of the Beluga vodka range, as well as starters, mainly of seafood and different kinds of caviar.
Specialities include Beluga shots (or Beluga-based cocktails) served alongside dark rye sweet cake with black caviar (pictured below).
Other options include Pacific Bluefin tuna on an avocado cushion, Kamchatka crab with Rouille sauce, Faroe Islands salmon under caramelised unagi sauce, different rolls, and many more delicious dishes.
The premium, Beluga Epicure vodka will also be available as a shot and it is available for purchase in a Lalique crystal decanter.
There is also a wine list with still and sparkling wines and a selection of imported brands and spirits as well as Beluga Hunting bitters. The bar also has glassware by Austrian brand Riedel for sale.
The art deco design of the bar includes a caviar jar theme and wood, brass, marble and velvet materials.
