Oman Airports has welcomed several carriers at Muscat and Sohar, with new services launching and old ones resuming.
The first flydubai flight connecting Dubai to Sohar International airport took off on November 4, marking the start of a twice-weekly service.
At Muscat International, Edelweiss Airline resumed its direct flight from Zurich in Switzerland on November 2 and will operate this route twice weekly, while new low-cost carrier, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, launched its first direct service from Abu Dhabi International to Muscat on October 31, with flights now operating three times a week.
This follows the resumption of Air France’s direct service from Paris to Muscat on October 24, with the route currently served three times weekly.
