The Steigenberger Hotel Doha has opened to guests, adding another architecturally striking landmark to the city’s growing skyline.

The modern eye-catching property, the first hotel to be operated by Germany’s Deutsche Hospitality in Qatar’s capital, features 206 keys including 28 suites, deluxe and premium king size rooms and a lavish Royal Suite, catering to families, couples and business travellers.

Highlights include five distinct dining experiences such as all-day dining venue Crust, with an open show kitchen offering international cuisine. The restaurant also includes a café bakery and retail section with direct access to a luxury shopping mall.

A contemporary modern Bistro, ‘Genuss’ serves modern European cuisine and Avenue Café is an elegant yet casual lobby café offering a selection of tea, coffee and mocktails. For a taste of flavours inspired by Levantine to Mediterrarean cuisines, Olea Terrace on the second floor offers barbecue selections and an outdoor dining area. There’s also a Sun Deck pool bar.

Facilities include the internationally managed GOCO spa with a Turkish bath, sauna and steam rooms, private suites with plunge pools, and private secret gardens. There’s also a top-floor gym with a stunning panoramic view of the city.

For conferences and events there are four expansive meeting rooms and a Grand Ballroom accommodating up to 350 guests.
