For almost one year Eurostar has been operating a minimal schedule on its London-Amsterdam route.
Since winter 2020 there has been just one through train a day to Amsterdam. Before the pandemic Eurostar was hoping to operate as many as four or five trains a day to Amsterdam by now.
The good news is that a second direct train will commence on October 25. This second service will operate daily except Sunday.
Schedules (Monday to Friday) are as follows:
London-Amsterdam
Depart 1104, arrive 1611
Depart 1804, arrive 2311
Amsterdam-London
Depart Amsterdam 1347, arrive 1700
Depart Amsterdam 1847, arrive 2157
There will one train on Saturday and Sunday. I would therefore advise readers to check schedules.
Please also note that the full Amsterdam-London schedule is, at time of writing, shown as effective from November 1.

Eurostar says:
“We are pleased to add this second daily service from October 25. We will continue to increase the frequency of our services as demand increases.”
Eurostar’s forthcoming double-daily (Monday-Friday) service is naturally aimed at attracting more travellers back to rail.
The Amsterdam service also calls in at Rotterdam and British Airways has already seized the opportunity to tap travellers on this mainly business route.
Finally Eurostar will be operating a special train (via London using Avanti West Coast) for COP26 in Glasgow.
Judging by the reader feedback there is much interest in this service.
