The Dubai Airshow 2021 will mark the start of a new era for the aviation sector.
The landmark event, which takes place at Dubai World Central (DWC) from November 14-18, will highlight Dubai aviation sector’s world-leading safety response to the pandemic and prepare the industry for the post-COVID-19 era.
As the only global airshow staged since 2019, the 2021 edition promises world-class products from market leaders and disruptors, enhanced networking opportunities and a state-of-the-art aircraft display.
New for 2021, event features will include a showcase of emerging technologies such as AI and 5G in the Tech Zone, an update on cyber security and automation, plus VISTA – a start-up hub for the aviation and defence sectors.
Visitors can also expect major industry announcements and a host of free-to-attend conferences featuring 150-plus experts who will share invaluable insights and trends across nine tracks including cargo, sustainability, technology, and space among others.
With the aviation sector building back following 18 challenging months and the Middle East leading the rebound with innovative strategies and products, the Dubai Airshow is anticipating a large turnout from the global aviation and aerospace community.
In light of the pandemic, the event will throw the spotlight on effective safety responses, with Dubai, a leading global aviation hub, demonstrating its response and resilience as an international benchmark.
The exhibition will feature more than 20 country pavilions, with each participating nation showcasing its innovative technologies.
