Onam is an annual harvest festival celebrated in the southern Indian state of Kerala. The traditional feast called sadhya comprises an array of vegetarian dishes, typically served on a fresh banana leaf.

Chefs of Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru have curated a sadhya menu featuring customary traditional delicacies. These include crisp banana fritters, pachadi or yoghurt in variants like pineapple, Mangalorean cucumber, and beetroot, kizhangu vada curry made with lentil dumplings. End your meal with ada pradaman with steamed rice flakes, cooked in jaggery-laced coconut milk.
