Indigo has launched a priority boarding facility for its customers.

The new service went live for Indigo customers on August 11, 2021, and enables customers to board their flights on priority, while avoiding long queues at boarding gates.

Passengers can book this service on the airline’s website, mobile app, or via the call centre during the booking process or add it later through the My Bookings portal at a cost of ₹400 per passenger per flight.

The service will be available on domestic travel between metros initially and will be opened for the entire domestic network in a phased manner. The option will be available for a limited number of passengers per flight, on a first come first serve basis.

Customers can login on goindigo.in to book and get more details of the offer.
