Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas is to open a new island resort on Dubai’s World Islands in Q4 of 2021. This will be Anantara’s seventh property in the UAE and the first resort to open on the World Islands.
Anantara World Islands Dubai Resort is owned by luxury real estate and hospitality developer Seven Tides Limited and holding company with a portfolio of properties, including Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort.
The new resort is in its final stages of development in the World Islands archipelago, located in the Arabian Gulf, approximately four kilometres off the coast of Dubai in the UAE.
The island will be completely dedicated to the resort and guests will be able to access it by boat in just 15 minutes from the jetty at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort.
The 70-key resort will offer plush suites, beach, and pool villas. Villas will feature a private pool, an outdoor dining area, and direct access to the beach.
The resort’s dining offerings will include a Mediterranean al fresco restaurant and Arabic-Indian speciality dining, ideal for romantic dinners and serving barbecues on the beach. Freshly caught seafood will be prepared by the in-house team of chefs.
Head to the elegant bar lounge that opens to stunning views of the Dubai skyline, including the famous landmarks Burj Khalifa and Burj al Arab.
Recreational amenities include in-room spa treatments, a fitness centre, and a kid’s club.
