Rotana has signed management agreements for two new properties in Egypt.
Al Marasem Development and Marina Way Lagoon have partnered with the UAE-based hospitality firm to manage and operate the hotel projects, which are located in New Cairo and Alamein on Egypt’s North Coast.
The first contracted property, Lake Residence, a serviced apartment property under Al Marasem development, is located within the Fifth Square project in New Cairo. It marks Rotana’s debut in the Egyptian capital.
The second project is Marina Way Lagoon’s Marina Bay, which covers an area of 14,120 metres in the Marina El Alamein tourism hub on the North Coast. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the hotel rooms and units offer sea views and their own private beach.
