According to the latest data shared by Booking.com, New Delhi, Lonavala, Mumbai, Manali and Bengaluru are amongst the top booked domestic destinations by Indian travellers for the monsoon season.

Following are the top booked destinations by Indians travelling within India in July and August 2021:

The data also includes insights on top booked accommodation types. While the hotel segment remains at the top, there is growing popularity of alternative accommodations such as resorts, villas, guesthouses and apartment which are in the top five.

“With the vaccine roll out well underway, coupled with lockdown restrictions slowly beginning to lift across the country, our data shows that travellers are hopeful about experiencing travel once again.
