IHG Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with Samplast Resorts to open Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jalandhar GT Road in Punjab. The 110 key-hotel is scheduled to be operational by the first quarter of 2024.

The property is strategically located on the Grand Trunk Road, also known as NH1 which connects Delhi to Amritsar. The hotel will be a short drive from the city’s central business district and shopping destinations. In addition, it will have an adjoining strip mall that will offer multiple dining options.

Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jalandhar GT Road will feature well-equipped guestrooms and state-of-the-art facilities. The hotel will house the ‘Great Room’, a bar and a lounge.

Other facilities will include a fitness centre, meeting rooms, 1,393 sqm of banqueting space, as well as signature amenities.
