The Himachal Pradesh government has eased the Covid-19 restrictions in the state.

As per the latest guideline, RT-PCR test is no longer required to enter Himachal Pradesh, although curfew would continue from 1700 hours to 0500 hours.

Tourism units will operate as per the SOPs issued by the tourism department, and strict adherence to Covid-19 safety behaviour will be ensured. Gymnasiums, cinema halls, sports complexes, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theatres and auditoriums, assembly halls and similar places shall remain closed.

Intrastate movement of public transport will be allowed with 50 per cent occupancy.

All markets and shops can open from 0900 hours to 1700 hours from Monday to Friday. However, they will remain closed on weekends.

According to the new protocols, offices can operate at 50 per cent occupancy. All the medical colleges, ayurvedic colleges and dental colleges can open from June 23 whereas pharmacy and nursing schools can also open from June 28.
