Indian Hotels Company’s (IHCL), gourmet food delivery platform Qmin has launched INNERgise, a new range of curated meals with a focus on strengthening immunity.

INNERgise offerings include a three-course meal, which serves two people and a three-day subscription plan. It is currently available in 11 hotels across Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Jaipur, Hyderabad, and Cochin. This will expand to other cities in the near future.

The menu is created in consultation with Arya Vaidya Sala – Kottakal, a century-old institution well known for its practice of ancient healthcare science of India.

The menu features fresh and homegrown ingredients packed with antioxidants and immunity-boosting superfoods. Dishes include ragi uttapams (finger millet pancakes), amchoori kale chane (dry mango black gram), quinoa fenugreek tikki, and desserts.

The meals are prepared using simple cooking techniques such as sautéing, steaming, and grilling to ensure that the nutrient quotient of the ingredients remains intact.

These meals are priced at ₹1,500 plus taxes for a three-course meal and ₹4,000 plus taxes for a three-day subscription plan.
