ITC Hotels has introduced Tiffin Tales by Gourmet Couch in Chennai and other cities.
Tiffin Tales is the brand’s latest service under its culinary offerings. For this, ITC Hotels has curated a selection of dishes from southern India’s rich and diverse heritage.
The service is available at ITC Maurya – New Delhi, ITC Grand Chola – Chennai, ITC Maratha, and ITC Grand Central – Mumbai, ITC SONAR, and ITC Royal Bengal – Kolkata, ITC Kakatiya and ITC Kohinur – Hyderabad, ITC Gardenia, and ITC Windsor – Bengaluru.
The Snacking Tiffin will include dishes such as kuzhi paniyaram, keerai vadai, molagai podi idli, lemon sevai, thangai paal payasam, and degree kafi served with accompaniments.
The Meal Tiffins will have vegetarian and two non-vegetarian options, comprising mokkajonna 65, beetroot kola, chinna urlagadda kurmah, vendakai kozhambu, yerra thokku, cauliflower battani birinj, veechu paratha, palletoori mamsam koora and meen varuval.
To ensure customers have a safe dining experience, these tiffins are packed, using high standards of safety and hygiene guaranteed under WeAssure programme and the Responsible Luxury ethos.
Tiffin Tales service is available via the ITC Hotels app on Android and iOS platforms as well as Swiggy and Zomato.
