GMR Group has announced the launch of GMR Aerocity Hyderabad, envisaged to be an integrated mixed-use development that includes key ports and establishments like a business park, retail park, aerospace and industrial park, logistics park, and hospitality among others.

Spread across 1,500 acres, it also aims to provide a complete living and working experience, with support infrastructure including schools, healthcare, rental accommodation, leisure, and entertainment facilities.

Entertainment avenues under the proposal include a cinema and a family entertainment centre, and a hospitality district is also being planned.

GMR Business Park situated in GMR Aerocity Hyderabad offers several office real-estate solutions like ready-to-move-in grade-A offices and built-to-suit campuses.

A Notified Area Committee (NAC) is the clearance window for all building plan approvals.

At present, the airport is connected by more than 150 buses round the clock, and soon will be connected via an express metro system to the city.
