Spicejet has launched the Zero Change fee offer that allows passengers to change their flight bookings at least seven days prior to the date of departure.
Under the new offer, passengers booking direct domestic flight tickets between March 27, 2021, and April 4, 2021, can enjoy a one-time waiver on the change fee for the travel period between March 27, 2021, and June 30, 2021. Fare difference will be applicable for flight changes and shall be payable by the customer.
Passengers will be able to avail of the waiver of the change fee one time only. In case the flight is changed for the second time by the passenger, an applicable change fee as per standard terms shall be charged.
In addition, travellers can also enjoy add-on services such as You1st preferred seats and meals at ₹249. One can also avail of an upgrade to Spicemax (with benefits like extra legroom seats, complimentary meals, and priority services) at a discounted price of ₹799.
Special discounts are available on its breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu only. Discount will not be applicable on Chef’s Choice and special meals.
The Zero Change fee offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme, offer a discount, or promotion.
The offer is valid on bookings made via all channels including the airline’s website, reservations, airport ticketing counter, online travel agents. Fare difference will be applicable for flight changes and facilitation fee shall be applicable for flight change requested through reservations or airport ticketing counters.
