Starting today, Air India’s wholly-owned subsidiary airline Alliance Air has launched new flights from Hubli to Hyderabad, thereby boosting connectivity between the two regions.

Flight no AI 9879 will depart from Hyderabad at 0625 hours and arrive in Hubli at 0800 hours, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

With similar frequency, flight no AI 9880 will depart from Hubli at 0825 hours and arrive in Hyderabad at 0955 hours.

Jagadish Shettar, minister of large and medium scale industries, the government of Karnataka tweeted:

“New flights have been launched from Hubli to Hyderabad by Alliance Air today.

“This is going to be very useful and convenient for the travellers of Hubli and Dharwad. I request the people to utilise this facility effectively.

“I hope new flights for the Hubli-Mangaluru route will be introduced soon.”
