The Connaught has rolled out a range of new offerings for the Easter festivities.
The Connaught Patisserie is taking the celebrations “to the next chocolatey level with its first Easter Egg.” Inspired by the neighbouring Mount Street Gardens, the carefully crafted confection features two chocolate Connaughty hounds dashing across green lawns and darting between hand-finished flowers in bright colours.
Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Rouzaud and his team used 70 per cent dark chocolate to create the emerald shell of the egg, with hazelnut praline and milk chocolate interior.
A limited number of these inaugural eggs are available to pre-order, for collection from The Connaught Patisserie up until April 5.
Enjoy the Easter menu in the comfort of your home. Championing the season’s finest will be asparagus with mint and chilli, crisp potato rosti and freshly-podded English peas accompanying the slow-roasted leg of Cornish lamb. Cocktails from the Connaught Bar, hot cross buns and a chocolate petit four will make it the ideal festive meal with family and friends.
The Easter Menu is available from Good Friday until Easter Monday, for delivery or collection from The Connaught.
Unwind with the special edition Aman Spa gift hampers. The small gift boxes include Aman’s Amethyst scrub and soak, coconut milk bath and sacred heart balm. Meanwhile, the larger collections feature Argan scalp oil, eye serum, marine mask, pulse point remedy, and body oil, with a rose quartz roller for tension-taming facials.
