One of Bilgili Holding’s new and most prominent projects in Turkey is The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Istanbul. The project combining modern technology with contemporary design is situated in the Nişantaşı neighbourhood, which hosts world-famous brands and restaurants and attracts widespread attention due to its deep-rooted history.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Istanbul will feature 31 unique types of residential units. From 1+1 to 4+1 units, garden duplexes to penthouses, an anticipated 121 units will be spread across 22 floors.
The lobby will serve as a versatile space functioning both as a waiting area and a meeting point. Few other interesting project aspects to note are the design by Tanju Özelgin, the founder of TO Design Studio, with the interior concept designed by Mahmut Anlar’s firm Geo_ID and a sculpture made by Özelgin located at the entrance of the building.
The project aims to offer maximum comfort and convenience to homeowners in addition to offering them a luxury hotel experience at home. A 24/7 concierge and valet service will be available. Facilities will also be offered for children’s playgrounds and pet care services.
The brasserie will be an ideal place to unwind with friends and family. Recreational amenities include a private cinema, art workshops, gym, spa, and massage. Home cleaning and dry-cleaning services will also be available.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Istanbul is expected to open in March 2022.
