From March 20 to March 31, 2021, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar will host a new dining experience at the hotel’s popular venue Romano’s.

Diners will be able to indulge in an exquisite Mediterranean gourmet fare prepared by Chef Roberto Zorzoli.

The menu will feature meats cured with signature Mediterranean flavours such as orange fragrance, a fragrance from Calabria and Sicily region which gives fruity flavours; red wine, a flagship of many Italian regions gives juiciness to red meats; fermented chili sauce, a specialty of southern Italy and honey and extra virgin olive oil giving that rich taste and crunchiness to meats.

Other Mediterranean creations include the Mediterranean marinade prepared with crushed garlic, tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, fresh oregano, red wine will serve lamb loin, lamb chops, and lamb brisket along with sautéed asparagus, vin brule lamb jus, eggplant parmigiana, cabbage salad, salsa verde, and purple potato chips.

Peperoncino and lime marinade will have garlic powder, chilli powder, white sugar, fresh lime juice, fermented chili sauce, extra virgin olive oil will serve Whole Chicken in brick, drumsticks chicken, along with parmesan truffle fries, white wine sauce, and pink peppercorn, sautéed mushrooms, cabbage salad, garlic sauce, and crispy polenta.

The honey mustard marinade will have extra virgin olive oil, worcestershire sauce, dark brown sugar, honey, mustard, Italian lemon will serve pork belly, pork ribs along with garlic and parsley broccoli, smoky jus, jacket Potato, cabbage salad, béarnaise sauce, and apple chips.
