Barceló Hotel Group has opened its fifth property in the UAE, Occidental Al Jaddaf.
With eye-catching design that encapsulates the best of Arabic and Spanish culture, the Spanish firm’s 365-room property is a unique addition to Dubai’s up-and-coming lifestyle destination, Al Jaddaf.
Offering “affordable prices” and proximity to Healthcare City, Downtown Dubai, La Mer and Dubai International (DXB), the four-star hotel suits business and leisure travellers.
Accommodation stands out for its modern avant-garde design and 22 of the 66 suites house a spacious outdoor terrace with panoramic city views. The two Signature Suites include a private bar and butler service.
There are two unique dining concepts: the Stage Pool Lounge, a Mediterranean-Levantine inspired concept with poolside dining available and all-day-dining venue Souk, serving international and Arabic cuisine and featuring a private dining.
A chic lounge restaurant and private members bar on the first floor offer a more intimate dining experience, while two additional F&B venues will open later in the year.
Art and design play an important role, evident in the 500 hand-painted artworks displayed throughout the property.
