For Valentine’s week, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has curated a special menu “Venetian” that features sweet and sour flavours from Venice at the hotel’s popular Romano’s.

Enjoy this new dining experience with your special one with dishes such as Tartar di asparagi, an asparagus salad with cream cheese, capers and truffle shave; Pesce in saor con uvetta e pinoli, a fried fish served with sweet and sour onions, pine nuts and raisins; Capesante panna acida e caviale di salmone, which is a grilled scallops, sour cream and salmon caviar, among others.

The menu also features Gnocchetti di patate, funghi porcini e mascarpone, homemade dumplings, porcini mushrooms and mascarpone cheese; Bigoli con salsa all aglio , carciofi, e mollica di pane, an artisanal spaghetti with garlic silk, sautéed artichokes and mollica; Rombo, zucca al burro salato e finferli, a turbot fish, pumpkin cream with salted butter and chaterelles and Faraona alla vecchia maniera, a roasted guinea fowl with rosemary, sage, thyme and white wine.

Guests can indulge in desserts such as Flan Valenciano which is an orange-infused caramel custard with almond streusel, fruit salsa and chocolate coconut dome, a milk-based chocolate mousse that comes with almond coconut financier and coconut cream.
