Saudi Arabia has temporarily suspended entry from 20 countries including India and US.

Temporary suspension for entry to the Kingdom has been announced for non-citizens, diplomats, health practitioners, and their families coming from 20 countries, starting at 2100 hours on February 3, 2021.

Other countries on the list are the Republic of Argentina, Federal Republic of Brazil, Arab Republic of Egypt, Republic of France, Federal Republic of Germany, Republic of India, Republic of Indonesia, Ireland, Republic of Italy, Japan, Republic of Lebanon, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Republic of Portugal, Republic of South Africa, Kingdom of Sweden, Swiss Confederation, Republic of Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

The temporary suspension includes travellers coming from other countries if he/she passed through any of the aforementioned countries.

Citizens, diplomats, health practitioners and their families who transited through any of those countries during 14 days preceding their return to the Kingdom will enter as per the precautionary measures issued by the ministry of health.
